Seating & views

The JMA Wireless Dome seats 42,784 for football. A fixed roof, about two-thirds translucent, replaced the old air-supported roof in 2020, and air conditioning followed. Before the 2024 season Syracuse swapped the bleachers for chairback seats. Seating is on 100, 200 and 300 levels, and the 300 level has no restrooms or concessions of its own. Otto's Army, the student section, moved to the east end zone in 2024 (sections 119-127 and 325-330) with the band. Premium areas include suites, Club 44 and the Kuhn Gameday Lounge.

Parking & tailgating

Most fans park in South Campus lots. Skytop parking for football is sold in advance through Ticketmaster, and select lots use digital parking passes. Skytop and Lally lots include shuttle buses to the Dome, with limited service starting three hours before kickoff and full service two hours out. The University Avenue garage is closer. Skytop is also where visiting fans' tailgates are run by REVELxp. Many fans spend pregame on the Quad, where the team walks past Hendricks Chapel about two hours before kickoff. Rideshare uses Newhouse Circle. Check Cuse.com's Dome gameday page, since details change.
