Game day
Tradition. A rail yard shift horn mounted in the north end zone scoreboard sounds each time the Cardinals score.
Seating & views
Louisville's stadium seats about 60,800 and is now a full bowl after the north end zone expansion, completed in 2019, closed the old horseshoe. The west side holds the press box and the Brown & Williamson Club. The east side expansion added an upper deck with about 13,000 seats, 33 suites, 1,725 club seats and the PNC Club, a 100-yard glassed-in lounge. The north end adds field-level suites, club boxes and 1,000 club seats. The south end has the Norton Healthcare Terrace, standing room for about 2,500. A rail yard shift horn in the north scoreboard sounds when the Cardinals score.
Parking & tailgating
The stadium sits on Central Avenue, a corridor of sports venues near the Kentucky Exposition Center. Close-in parking is in the season-pass Planet Fitness lots (Purple, White, Red, Yellow and Green), with Bronze and Platinum lots for donors. In 2023 Louisville sold digital passes for campus lots along Floyd Street at $40 in advance or $50 on gameday, and lots opened five hours before kickoff. Reserved tailgate packages with tents and parking are sold through RevelXP. The Card March starts about two and a half hours before kickoff, with a pregame Street Fest. Check Louisville's official gameday parking page, since details change.
