Seating & views

Miami plays off campus at the Dolphins' NFL stadium, which seats about 64,767 for football after its 2015 to 2016 renovation. The bowl has a lower deck of about 27,400 seats, an upper deck of about 34,700, more than 10,000 wider club seats and close to 200 suites. A large open-air canopy added in 2016 covers the seating bowl but not the field, so most fans get protection from sun and rain. Seats are aqua, replacing the old orange. Premium four-seat pods sit at field level near the south 30-yard lines and south end zone. Fans can preview seats with the stadium's virtual seat viewer.

Parking & tailgating

The stadium sits on roughly 140 acres of lots in Miami Gardens, well north of Miami's Coral Gables campus. Parking is prepaid through Ticketmaster from the Hurricanes gameday page, and for Miami games all lots run directed parking from opening, and for a recent 7 p.m. kickoff lots opened at 2 p.m.. Named lots include the inner lot and the Yellow (14, 15/16, 18) and Gray (40) lots, and Park and Ride passes are sold too. Tailgating is allowed in an 8 by 10 foot space behind your car, with gas or charcoal grills but no kegs or open fires. Check the Hurricanes gameday page first.
